• Each 4 hour shift entitles volunteers to 2 entry passes which they can use on any of the days and which can be transfered to friends and family.
• Volunteers may sign up for multiple shifts.

Braco will be sharing his Gaze of Miracles with residents and visitors to Maui, Jan. 15-19 and Oahu, Jan. 21-25.

There are a variety of volunteer activities available. Please read all details about the event on the Global Media Productions website so you are familiar with the details.

Volunteer participation instructions are listed in the right column. When registering, be sure to indicate your interest in "Health/Wellness Events" in the registration questionaire to be notified of this and other similar events.

If this is your first visit to the site, please register now. Or, if you would like to tour the registration and scheduling system first, visit the tutorial.

When you register, be sure to enter your personal information in UPPER and lower Case and save your user and password information in a safe place. This will be used for future volunteer opportunities.

Volunteer Activities for Braco Event:

• Selling Tickets*
• Selling Products*
• Collecting Tickets (Manage Door)
• Greeters/Spotters/Crowd Management

*Money Handling jobs will be assigned internally.

Volunteer activities fall into 2 descriptive categories;

1. Money Handlers*
2. People Supporters who handle Ticket Taking/Door Management, Greeting, Spotting (for people who become overcome in their response to "healing"), and Crowd Management (in case of large crowds or inappropriate behaviour).

1. For both existing and new volunteers, please read this entire column. Read information about the Braco event at Global Media Productions.
2. Determine when you are available and how you want to volunteer.
3. Sign up or log in as a volunteer for Global Media Productions. The information you provide assists in matching your skills, interests and availability with upcoming volunteer opportunities. If you have already registered for an Art of Volunteering managed event, please log in with your existing username and password. Do Not Create A New Account. You'll be directed to the "Additional Information" page. Please answer the 1st question about "Which Island?" and change anything else that needs updating. Click "Save and Continue." Update your qualifications and save. Continue on to the My Activities Sign Up Page. Note: Under the "Show Activities For" pull down menu, be sure to choose Global Media Productions.
4. Unless you were previously registered, you will NOT be able to schedule yourself until your registration is approved. At that time you will be sent an invitation to schedule yourself.
5. Once approved, log in at myvolunteerpage. Select the "My Activities" tab and then the "activity signup" sub-tab. Activities are organized in 3 shifts: 8am-noon, noon-4pm & 4pm-8pm.
6. When you select an activity by its shift, you will then be able to select which days. Select "Save" and then be sure to "Confirm" (and make a note to yourself about your commitment).
